CrossFit United – Our classes

CrossFit: CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc All workouts can be scaled back to cater for all ages and fitness levels. These sessions run for 60 minutes and are a combination of gymnastics, power lifting, olympic lifting, METCONs and cardiovascular training.

Barbell Club: 60 minute class designed to supplement your current CrossFit training. Each class will focus on an Olympic Weightlifting skill or technique designed to improve your performance in CrossFit..

Mighty Masters: A 60 minute fun and functional fitness program for people aged 60+. This is a group fitness session that will help you improve wellness, basic strength, balance, cardiovascular fitness and mobility. Like all of our other classes, this is suitable for all fitness levels and we offer scaled movement options.

CrossFit Kids: CrossFit Kids is an exciting and fun way for kids and teens to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. CrossFit is also an ideal supplement to children who already play sports. We have Level 1 & Level 2 Children’s classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays of the school Term. These classes run for approx 45 minutes.
